You've found a 1 hand evasion?
I suspect it doesn't work... but I've never seen one to do a metrics test.

I would say it doesn't work 1hand evasion = dodge, and I would say only dodge works b/c the skil is called dodge not evasion

Just like the title says. I'm basically looking for which ones that apply to us don't actually work any more, because the devs took them out/they're broken/wtfever.
I've been told that the following don't work
1H melee damage
1H block
1h counter
What else doesn't? Or do those really work?

all 3 are broken
plain ole dodge works, one hand spd works, one hand acc works
melle def works, range def works

Talked with a CSR briefly before the server reset today. He said that the way to tell that a mod is broken is if it gives you a skill-mod that doesn't exist anywhere else, so Evasion does indeed not work. Not sure as to how accurate his information is, but I'm inclined to believe it.

He is right... but he means a Specific Skill mod that doesn't appear anywhere else... Counterattack for One handed weapons... doesn't appear anywhere in any skill tree, especially not the one handed or Fencer ones.

1h block, counter, and evasion dont work. But ive actually noticed a difference with 1h dmg sea's.
I have a shirt with a +25 ca looted off an elder, and when i equip i do notice a dmg increase. It may be entirely based on random chance, but i doubt it.

Accuracy works, but IMO we get more than enough for day-to-day situations that you don't really need it as a skill mod.

I have read alot about damage... the only melee damage that is suppose to work is unarmed. But there are ALOT of people saying they definately see a difference in damage when using other tapes/fighting sillssuch as 1 handed damage.
It sounds to me like it works despite the fact that it won't show up on your skills list. But I don't think anyone really knows for sure.

Maybe patch 10 might touch up on this stuff? Or the combat Revamp?
