I have a +6 one handed weapon speed CA, is this worth anything or are you guys so close to speed cap anyways it really doesn't matter?

They do. However, many of us know fencers who are just starting out. What I typically do is keep my speed sliced weapons with me, and when I find a novice brawler or fencer, I offer them. I always get the highest quality since I've got a steady income, and a speed sliced weapon can often greatly benefit those who are just starting out (minimal damage with long waits makes fencing very tough in the early stages). Providing the fledgling fencer isn't completely obnoxious or rude.

So they're useless to the ones usually getting them sliced, but useful for charity.
