Thread: Rodian fencer help.
Any opinions as to what my stats shold be. Should i boost my action or quickness more or is my lack of strength a problem.

Your action and quickness dont affect your speed, to counter your strength problem. Strenght affects how much Health is used when you use a special move. Action is a pool of points where your quickness determines the speed you recharge that pool.

The speed of the user is also affected by their rate of quickness correect? I know wookiees with higher strength hit harder.
Im just asking what stats are the most important for a Fencer.
Even after i played around with placing my attributes i noticed that a rodian's stamina can only be lowered to 750 (Should be right). which is still insanely high. I personally rarely put a dent in my action pool, the regen rate is amazing.
If you are wanting a higher damage output, i suggest you try using beserk1. This will boost your damage output at the expense of some defense. But i have found it is well worth it. If you are wanting powerful damage in a single move, then i suggest 1hmeleehit1 at your level, and 1hmeleehit2 when you get novice fencer. this attack does on average between 300 - 600, sometimes a bit more for me, but im using a pretty nice sword too.
I will list my specific HAM allocations but i am also a medic so my stats are a bit different than i would have if i were a pure fencer.
Health 1,000 - This i need, as a rodian/fencer we tend to take quite a beating.
Action 800 - More than enough, i regenerate it so quickly that I have never died from losing all points in this pool.
Mind 850 - As a medic/fencer 80% of the time i am incapped, it is due to this pool. I am still working on allocating more to this and willpower =)

I play a zabrak fencer... which isn't the perfect race for it, but it's still fine. I have the same problem with insanely high willpower.
Anyhow, I set all my pools to 900 or so. You'll find the most important one is mind. Because the other two can be buffed.. They are all equally important if you solo... Just remember you can't heal mind like you can action and health.
Also, I would recommend dumping the ryyk, and picking up a vibroblade... you can use mad amounts of specials with a vibroblade because of the low HAM drains.
Just to kinda give the counterpoint here:
Im a rodian fencer / combat medic... and I feel the identical pain with the mind pool. I have my focus capped, my will pretty high, and a 900 pool.
Anyway, I use a Rykk blade.. with bottom of the line ham costs. Have never found better for me. Sliced (29%) its 212 max, 2.4 speed. Nothing to laugh at, and you should see what my cho sun does.
As a rodian, drop your stamina and quickness as low as possible.. even when theyre as low as possible, theyre still too high 
I keep my action at 800, but I may drop to 750 tonight.
