Fencer Archive

What I want to know is this. If you have say +100 dodge from fencer and +100 dodge from pistoleer and are fighting something with your sword, does the game act like your dodge skill mod is +200 or only +100?

If the mods do stack, then if you turned on Center of Being, would it increase your combined dodge mod from fencer and pistoleer or only your dodge bonus from fencer?

I would love to get an answer from SOE on this. Thanks.
