I have read multiple threads about how Dodge is stackable as long as you are using either a pistol or a 1-h weapon. That is great. Given this, if you were to use COB, which is closely tied to Dodge, while holding a 1-h weapon and then switch to a pistol, would you still see the increase in dodges? Alsowould COB come into effect if you used itwhile holding a pistol, instead of a 1-h weapon. Just a master pistoleer right now and working up the fencer prof but wondering if I should try to increase that skill and if it would help. Thanks for all the information.

CoB is strictly a melee profession ability, and as such will only work while holding a melee weapon.

Yes... and this is among our list of issues. I'm in hopes this will be addressed soon.
