Hey all, first post here.

I was playin a little galaxies and i was showing off my gaffi stick, 133-222 damage 3.0 speed, and someone said that it sucked. Its probably the best one handed weapon ive seen, so i confronted him and he said that he has a sword thats a helluvalot better than that. So i asked him what it was. He then told me (subject title) and that the stats were 550-760 damage 1.0 speed.

Right about then, i figure hes just bein a dummie and wants to send me in circles. Well, i ask around, and mroe people have heard of it, and one has even seen it. He's my friend and he wouldnt lie to me. So. I asked the guy where he found it, and since its a loot, which char dropped it. That sword would be awesome... id be doin like 8k damage with it.

Anyone know where to get it?

on my server there are plenty of fencer...and not one person has mentioned it

would be nice to have one great weapon, my gaffi is 287 max 3.4 speed and the pretty much the normal..curved are around 2.2 225 max and stun batons are like 130 max 1.8 speed..these are all sliced..but thats pretty much normal on sunrunner

Ihave heard tales of an NPC near the Force Crystal Cave dropping a very nice sword with some amazing numbers on it.

Now the bad part. I've also heard that its condition is less than half when you get it. I would hate to take a chance on repairing it.

Well, that certainly sounds like a nice sword. Well, assuming that the HAM costs aren't in the triple digits.

I'd say he's probably yanking your chain, although if he insists it's true, ask him to show it to you. Start a trade, and have him put it in. If he doesn't click accept, he doesn't have to worry about losing it, and you can check out the stats. Or he can drop it in a building where only he has admin rights, and you can examine it.

Thats the thing, i dont know his name. When he mentioned it, i was thinkin the same as you all, sayin that he was a cook and that hes just trying to make me feel bad about my stupid gaffi stick. then i asked other people, and they knew that it existed. So im possitive that it exists. Oh well. Ill just keep looking... need composite armor... then i can take on anything and kill em all.

well not anything... but that sword sure would go a long way towards it!

Legendary weapons typically have incredible stats the afformentioned 500-700 range with 1 speed is believable and hams under 10.... they also tend to have Stat Modifiers Like +speed +dmg etc... and usually a DoT a very very heavy DoT with tens of thousands of charges.. do a look up of Legendary Weapons on the Weaponsmith board and you'll see a variety of insane ranged and melee weapons. Also Exceptional Weapons..

hmm i find this very hard to believe i have looted only one good curved sword in all of my days, and its stats eaked towards 400 max damage but the hamm costs where brutal

I have a curved at 175 max 1.6 speed. And my gaffi tops at like 325 max.

that's a better sword than we can get on Kettemoor.

slicing usually costs around 100-150 credits per percentum of increase. so 30% on damage should cost around 3000. you'll find better deals if you do such things in bulk maybe, or if you have a friend. again, that's on my server, and you know how the market is. some give it away, some charge outrageous prices.

it's definitely worth it, as i see it. imagine that sword at 270. that's just under what my gaffi does. and it looks a lot cooler than the gaffi.

when you do this make sure they the slicer has a failure rate of 0. i don't know if that's granted at slicing IV, or at master smuggler. but you don't want to chance it.

ALWAYS have good weapons sliced by master smuglers. not slicing 4. both have failure rates of 0 but the master smugler caps his slicing at 35% the guy at slicing4caps at 25 or 30 cant remember off hand. also the master smugler will slice aprox 10% higher on averagethan the person at slicing 4
