Master Pistoleer here: Wondering which Melee profession to do: Fencer or TKA?

Yes, I know this is the Fencer board, so I will most likely get the FENCER response. I will put this on the TKA board too hehe. But I was wondering:

I have Master Pistoleer (ok almost. 3/4/4/4) and I want to do a Melee profession too. I have been visiting the TKA and Fencer boards for a week now, just reading, not posting, and need to ask you all something.

Since I am a Master Pistoleer, would it be smart to stack Dodge, and Defenses?

Or should I go TKA for insane/fast damage, and for the Meditation Tree (and also Head Hit in TKA)?

Just wondering if you could help me. =)

NOTE: I do not want to dabble either of these, I want to Master either TKA or Fencer.

Don't forget you'd also get additional health pool bleeds if you go fencer. HealthShot1, HealthShot2, onearmed health hit1 and onearmed health hit 2 will all stack, so you can drop 4 separate, stacking bleeds on your target - all targetting the health pool.

If you're tacklling higher end mobs, and not in a massive group (i.e. If the battle lasts long enough for bleeds to be an issue), these can be a real help.

I suppose it depends on your goals. There's a lot of reports that Fencer+Pistoleer are currently "unhittable". Probably somewhat exaggerated, but there's probably also some truth in there somewhere.

Fencer + Pistoleer = 180 Dodge (somewhere in there) 100% def to KD really high def all across the board

If I were going to go any ranged + melee it would be Fencer / Pistoleer

Go master Fencer, I just finished it up (master fencer and master gunfighter), I have 210 dodge! And with COB I am never hit, I actually find myself using fencer way more then ranged at all, its just really fun and alot more rewarding....

Also when 6 fully buffedrebels warn you in thier town (even though I had just said...."hey guys, nice town"

You can kill them all .....Well atleast I did, they couldnt hit me because of COB and my dodge, but you cant dodge a fire dot , so had to run away after I incapped 3 of them
