Nightsisters drop insanelances, Tuskens drop good rifles, but what about Fencer weapons? Someone gave me a 80-166, 3.4sec Gaffi stick with Mind poison of 137 with 3k charges. Its not exactly a great weapon (although one or two hits in pvp with it is fun to drop some mind dam). Anyway, I never found out how/where it came from.

Does anyone know where/who drops high end weapons for us fencers?

To get an exceptional or legendary weapon off of a Tusken however, you are going to have to kill something a bit tougher than a Tusken Commoner

If you hangout at the Tusken Fort for enough spawns, it does start to spawn the REAL baddies, Gore Lords, Torture Lords, and eventually Carnage Champion. This final guy if killed ends the spawns and the fort effectively resets back to spawning easy stuff. If anything is going to drop a decent weapon it is these final guys, and most likely the Carnage Champ. However, with 18K ham, master fencer skills, and master rifleman skills, he is one tough MoFo to take down. The biggest problem is that he usually has lots of buds hangin' with him.

I do like those tough guys. The gore lords and whatnot. I was fighting those last night. What a blast! They are not the easiest NPCs to knock down that's for sure. Hard enough getting a dizzy to stick to them. I was getting 4k a pop unarmed forsome of those guys.I gained a new TKA skill last night. I've got Powerboost now. Whatever that does. I haven't tried it yet. One of the warlords hit me with the craziest bleed I've ever seen. It dropped my entire buffed health bar in one tick. As fast as I could heal 800 to 900 health points, the whole thing would tick right back down to nothing again in one shot. Hooray for meditate and hooray for the DOT stop at 1 health

anyway... back to the point of the thread here...

Last night I looted a Gaffi from a tuskenthat had all yellow text. I thought might have had something special but it turned out to be crap. I've got one of those Nightsister lances and a Tusken rifle as well. All of which are crap. I looted a twin blue crystal thing last night as well.

I dunno if it's just me, but my luck with loot lately has been extremely good. 2 Holocrons in one drop, brakaset segments, voritor segments, rancor segments, krayt segments, this twin crystal thingie, locked containers, skill tapes, lots ofencoded discs,and a bunch of useless clothes, boots, bandoleers and belts.

I like it.

powerboost takes half of your mind pool, and puts it in both health and action.

with 1000 in all pools, you powerboost from meditative state: health goes to 1500, action goes to 1500, and i think the recent change makes mind go to 1500, but it may stay at 1000, i can't remember what i read.

but that should be the rough workings of powerboost, anyway.

I dont know about the rest of the items, and I dont know about recent changes with the patches, but voritor segments/hides were not very rare when fighting tough voritors. I got hides from a quarter to half of the voritors that I killed... I did manage to pick up one 'yellow' set of voritor hides though. That one I'm sure is rare.

When semester is over I'm picking up armorsmith just so I can make armor with the voritor hides that I've looted. Since noone else will .

A friend of mine on Starsider found a Ryyk Blade with Fire Dot from Tusken Fort. He made a post trying to sell it on the Starsider boards but its not on the front page and Im too lazy to look for it myself right now. (Actually I did a search and couldnt find it so maybe u will have better luck ).
