Thread: Does Master Fencer need speed skill tapes to cap?

No. Our slowest weapons are swung at the cap at master.

Can they hit the cap before master? Say, a 2.4?

almost


say you are using spin2 to lvl with that is a 2.5x base delay mod so the speed would be 6 (2.4*2.5)


then assuming you have your first line in fencer compleated and are 0400 (should always take the speed line first imho after doing almost every combat prof at least once) that would be adjusted down to (1-0.8)*(6) = 1.2


most of our dealy mods are lower than that one as well. In addition if you have master brawler you can come about as close to speed caping with a damage slice graffi (1.35)
