After looking at the FAQ's I noticed nothing definite about armor. I am currently a master rifleman working on fencer, and I like the armor for file, but whats a compliment to a future MR and fencer? Is it composite or simple weaves with enhancements?

Well no one can say anything about what will be comeing with the CU. But right now with Buffs being what they are, and Armor being what it is, Composite is the way to go for a All-in-one armor. Stun Comp for PVP (against Pistoleers or Fencers) Non-Stun Comp for everyone else.

I've given up on armor, really. The only kind of armor that looks good is Padded, but no one makes it on a routine basis.
I hunt buffed, but unarmored. I use some bio-clothing, sure.
Of course, as MDoc and MFencer, I don't need armor that much... I've found I can solo two NS Rangers at a time, so long as they don't get lucky hits or the server doesn't hiccup.
Also, without armor, the NPCs don't pull out the "one shot kill" moves on me nearly as often... becausemy difficulty rating vs. them is lower.

Real Fencers dont wear armor, and if they do...it's only because it makes us look good.

Macro's to switch, I think, dont work as well due to the delay in putting on your armor. I could be wrong..

Is that true about the dificulty rating when not wearing armor? The Force crystal cave nps's keep hitting me fpr 2400+ damage with seething hatred attack lol, then i rely on my favorite move /burstrun

If your talking pvp - I am one of if not the best Fencer pvper on Lowca - I wear 80%kinetic/75+%base/40%stun armor only Chest/Head/Gloves/Boots and a BEshirt with some CA's. PvE I usually do not wear armor unless Im going after Big Game - Like the acklay then I will throw on my armor.

This is the rule with the differences between a full set, limited pieces, or none at all... The way I figure it is this:
Full Composite is great for those not wishing to carry around a few extra of the same pieces, particularly Chest piece and gloves...
Gloves are the NUMBER 1 PRIORITY for any PvPer, Because the Gloves are the things that block the most damage.
I only wear 4 pieces
Helm - 90/42%/85%
Chest - 90/39%/80%
Boots - 90/42/85%
Gloves - PURE STUN ( Not really all stun, just pay particular attention to the block rates for Stun Resistance against Ranged. )
The Armor issue is when either your chest or your gloves break, You will begin to take on HEAVY damages.
Also, it's been proven wearing Stun Boots prevents 8/10 attacks done by a stun weapon.
I would generally hunt low-end mobs without armor but for Big mobs such as krayt and NPC Jedi, I would wear the selected pieces. I wear CA enriched and BE clothing for pants and shirts. Also steer away from the whole belt issue, because the belt takes up the PSG's slot. And PSG in PvP is a must... Not as much in PVE, but I use to be able to solo anything as a TK with a PSG on.
Hope this helps.

I don't know about the Force Crystal Hunters... but I do know this.
When I had armor on, and I went up to the corvette, the NPC's always used /deathblow on me.
When I didn't have armor on, and went up to the corvette, the NPC's incapped me but never used /deathblow.
There is code in the AI that takes into account your difficulty rating vs. them and uses that to determine what the NPC's will do.
