I just recently got a 172-385172-447(Max Dmg PUP) Baton and a 131-136(Min Dmg PUP) which one would be better for PvP?

hmm depends on mitigation. and if the person is using stun armor none of them

Just go with your highest minimum.

As the min on one is higher than the max on the other, I'm not sure that we need to spend a huge amount of time deciding between them.
