Im currently fencer 1/1/1/1 and im halfway to the first slot in the next tier. I have a curved sword with 73-124 damage and 1.9 speed, and a full set of composite armor.

Where should i be leveling. With a buff i can solo tons of stuff but lately it's been hard to find a good doctor to buff me. Im on scylla server. With spring break ive got nothing to do but level so im hoping to up at least 2 tiers before next monday. Think im high enough to try fort tusken, or is that to much, what things did you take on at my level?

Get buffed, and buy some vasarian brandy...

Go to Dantooine's Mining Outpost, and get Quenker Missions or Savage Quenker missions...

Keep doing them, while using the brandy.

Over 5 days of grinding, I went from 0010 to 1432 Fencer...Concentrate on the 2nd row for the speed, then focus on the others.

Dantooine is good if you can afford to go there and spend time trying to find someone to train you every time you cap out on XP. But when I was newer I could only afford todo those trips to the advanced planets every so often. Try hunting Bolle Bols and Fambaa on Naboo, they go down pretty easy as long as you Warcry them. And if you can't get buffed there are plenty of weaker mobs like Spineflaps, Ikopi Stags (which are always alone), and Plains Hunters (which likewise are alone and much easier to kill).

Avoid spamming your specials unbuffed, make sure to use Warcry and CoB, and if you have the extra skill-points, Master Brawler for the KD/Warcry 2 (even though it is getting nerfed it still will have it's uses in PvE/PvP) and Intimidate 2. If you have a hard time doing posture changes on MoBs, use Intimidate and Blind on them, that almost always negates most defenses.

And most importantly, get a good weapon, Gaderiffi Batons are fairly cheap, ranging from 5-20k for decent stats(130-222; 3.5ish Speed). You might also want to avoid larger groups because they occasionally get upset that Fencer gets experience so easily.

Group with a crappy pet, regardless of the situation, I bet you know this already, but the Group XP bonus can help when you are unbuffed and fighting weaker mobs.

Good luck with your fencing...

Definitely go up the footwork tier....once you get the added speed bonuses, you will just fly through fencer. I would actually suggest going to lok. Start off w/ perlek missions until you get footwork 2, then go to mynocks. At footwork 4, mynocks are such cake, and they give anywhere from 2.5k to 4k per kill....they have low kinetic protection as well (lower then quenkers, i think). I would definitely suggest buffs and low health stat migration, as you will most likely get diseased....plus you get a nice income, almost 10k per mission. That's my 2 cents.....

Yes, go up footwork first. You probably need to get a better curved sword than that (near 200 max damage). Once you get spinattack2 just go up to whatever lair you are doing and spam spinattack2 (with brandy, buffs, and 70 or 80% kinetic ubese or composite). I was getting about 300 or 400k xp an hour like this. The missions take about 2 minutes once you get footwork 4.

Good luck

I'd like to suggest one thing here...

There are Player Cities now with Fencer Trainers.

All you have to do is figure out which cities have them and run missions from that city.

Just pay the NPC trainers. It's fast and no hassle- easily payable with1 or 2 mission payouts.

And when your buff ends, get a round trip ticket to Corellia which is like 2600 credits - also easily payable with 1 mission payout.

I'm Fencer 4434, and I hunt dwarf nunas on Tatooine. Getting xp so fast it's not even funny...
