Ok, yeah, it's fecking absurd as far as game mechanics go, but wouldn't it be cool to see a pirate-style class that would wield say, a rapier in their right hand and a pistol in their left. Parrying blows with their sword and firing a few wild shots at their kneecaps?

Anyhow..

ohh my god this such a gay idea and in pirates of the carribean they didnt have swords and pistols out at the same time they would switch back and forth. God just go pistoleer and swordsman

Rofl. First of all, let me applaud you on your awe-inspiring ability to totally miss sarcasm.

However, since we're on the topic, how many fencers did you see in the Star Wars films? This isn't the Count of Monte Cristo Online either, but look at what we have.

Heavy Swordsman? Hmm...this isn't Braveheart Online either.

2 things:

1. About the sarcasm, it can sometimes be difficult to spot sarcasm in text. Have you ever noticed that a lot of times in books when someone says something sarcastic, the narrator will say "so-and-so said sarcastically"

2. Sure, you don't see Fencers in the star wars films, but that doesn't mean they didn't exist. There were a lot of characters in the background....any of them could have been fencers

And in Return of the Jedi, on Jabba's sail barge, there were people who could be related to swordsmen and fencers in this game
