Cna nayone give me any feedback on blinding strike, skatter attack, body hitand binding strike:
In there any reason to useBODY HITinstead of IMPALE or Critical strike if you have both?
How good is skatter attack and what exectly does it do? and how does it compare to IMPALE or Critical strike?
Does Blinding an opponent result in you taking sugnificalty less demage due to htem missing? (how odes it compare to intimadate in the sence of you taking less deamge?)(also how much is advaned blinding strike better then imroved blinding strike)
Fianlly, what are the benefits of having Binding strike, casue i cna't see too much use for it in melee?

no, impale and crit both have higher damage multipliers, and none have state effects.
scatter is pointless or broken. dont use it.
i think fencer blind is broken ATM and intimidate works and is worth it
Pve - binding does nothing
pvp - binding is AMAZING , it cuts down the opponents action regen
