why the heck am i doing tk animations while i hold my blade of nyenthi'oris?? this is crap that i just got this sliced and adkd and i dont even look like a fencer. now i cant even desplay it instead of using without wasting an adk. this blows and needs to be fixed now

Yeah its always been like that, which is why I never used it more than once. I'm always surprised at how many fencers seem to go gaga with it when the equally great (and properly animating) acid sword is available.


A good rule of thumb is to always fight at least once with a weapon to see how it looks in battle (and that its as good as you think it is) before wasting an adk on it. Especially since the adk will repair the weapon to full anyway. At least you can get the adk back. Its much cheaper to buy a new blade than one of those. (small consolation I know)

Phew, I thought it was just me.


Although it's annoying, you still get the damage with the sword and if you've used a ADK kit on it and had it sliced you'd may aswell just keep using it. You never know it might get fixed... maybe.

How did this go wrong? And why is it taking so long to put right? Did they not notice the wrong animations when they tested it?


Or is it another "nope! its working as intended"


should we all raise tickets? Posting here seems to do no good.



It really cannot be that difficult to put right.

Probably SOE's way of telling us to use the Acid sword.
