Mushroom pie is the only food that gives a speed boost.

Everyone's complaining about publish 22 but for me publish 21 was the most disappointing patch I've seen in my time. Speed reduced by 50%. More in fact, as I'm so much slower to kill things that I have to spend more time healing. Personally I thought pre-pub 21 was reasonably balanced. Snaffle pie and get an adrenal boost and you can hit close to speed cap. But beware your action bar if you try to keep up that kind of effort. Oh well, fast precise attacks were fun while they lasted.

Fencers do it one-handed.

no foods exist to make you use less action, the only thing for that is pup's. i say use an action pup on that PH. i am not sure about foods, but even a decent combo of a few foods can make a difference.

blod candy, vegesparine (i think thats it) and blob candy are all good for that

vegeparsine is defence food, blob candy made well will give u 150+ to action regen and is so low in filling that u can stay on it non stop. and like the other guy said, buy or make action cost reduction pups...i cant really play w/ out them...also doc can buff action regen.

just realized that i didnt mean vegesparine but i meant vercupti, +200 mind regen, +200 action regens, +400 or so health
