I was just wondering how other fencers stack their HAM points and what they think the best proff is to have along with fencer for PvP, thanks.

I put everything into Mind and just get buffed before I go anywhere. Depends on your playing style though.
And whatever profs you pair with fencer also depends on your fighting style. I tend to go more defensive and pick my opponents apart, and I paired my fencer with pistoleer to add that class's also-amazing stats in this area. Pistoleers are basically the fencers of ranged combat, so they complement each other VERY well.

Well, Teras Kasi seems to be the most popular skill to go along with Fencer (obviously)
because of defense stacks and well, TK is just the strongest melee proff for PVP

I dunno, i dont think TKA is the strongest pvp prof...i mean who doesnt have 80 kinetic composite armor? Anyway, i like my Swordsman/Fencer/Medic template...i also gots 4000 tka for the meditate and powerboost...Im thinking of getting some of the state defenses from TKA though....I have swordsman cause its nice in pve ya know?

I can easily understand why you would take swordsman for PvE but not PvP......maybe its just ive seen some bad swordsman but the only swordsman i saw win in a PvP was against a Pikeman

Swordsman are actually very strong in PvP if they have good defenses stacked (like if they're stacked with fencer). You can get land state effects with fencer and get them on their back, then you bust out the scythe and wale on their head. It's very difficult to do any real damage in PvP by using fencer, but swordsman don't have that problem. If you've never seen a swordsman do well in PvP, then you've never seen a good swordsman, because swordsman can be VERY strong in PvP
