ok ive made it to the village (wooho)

what im wondering about is the the melee mods u can get especially speed as this is regestred as melle speed and not fencer speed does this actually mean i while be quicker or will i still be caped (same question goes for acc def and also ranged def)(so info on the caps conserning these and whether the force will make a diffrence wil be appreciated
