Thread: Rantok Swords and Jabba

Just thought I'd post a note because i was able to keep my rantok blade from Jabba's palace, AND complete the mission. Here's how:
1. Do the mission and pick up the sword.
2. Instead of returning to the palace, go to wayfar, and take a job for another npc. They should ask you if you want to cancel the job you're working on. you do.
3. Return to jabba's and take the sword mission again. I had someone else hold my first sword for me while i returned to the palace, but it worked like a charm. I completed the last mission, and got to keep a rantok sword.
Theoretically, an industrious (and very bored) person could do this repeatedly to build up a collection of rantok blades. The reward for the sword mission is some heavy weapon which i promptly gave away and the last room in jabba's palace isn't that exciting, although it's nice to have completed the series.
