It sounds great. I like the PVP changes they have in store and the longer ranges of all melee.

I like the .05 combat delay cap idea... very nice, a fencer is fast and efficient... someone who strikes fast and with deadly accuracy... and quite honestly most Jedi's are fluent in both Fencing and Two handed, and there are different type of saber wielding techniques... but I always fast and accurate better than powerful and slow.

Greetings,
Finally something worth staying with fencer.
The speed changes can only help fencers.
The Range change will also be cool

.5 speed cap. can anyone say double dps poor swordsmen going to get brought more in line. add in the fact about combos,defensive skills, more range,and more weapons equal chance for major improvement. Soom will be a good time to be a fencer.

The proposal to speeds sounds feasible but sorry to say the rest of it seems to be a vague
