I get shot in the face and die. A lot.

I get knocked down and killed in one hit. A lot.

I never get a hit in, even though I have master footwork and many other skills.

Fix Fencers. Please.

Yeah, but the havok you can dish out if you get within lunge distance of that firing squad is worth fighting for. One day you will get through, and as 3 or 4 BH/Smugglers lay on their backs and bitch, you can soil their underpants for them.

Im not sure where you are playing, but every smuggler I know either uses an FWG5...otherwise known as the best string in the galaxy to fly a kite.

Well, if you are trying to fight a kiting smuggler then I don't feel real sorry for you.

This game's pvp is simple. If you are a ranged combatant and you let a meleer inside 15 meters you are toast.

If you are melee and never make it to 15 meters you are toast.

If someone tries to kite me I hit take cover, whip out my rifle and headshot two them.

If I last 8 seconds they are dead.

Well I think I have a good combination to go with Fencer. Now Fencer is my favorite thing in the game, but to even things up I knew I needed a ranged weapon to be able to really compete in combat. So I took up Carbineer, now most things are messed up with carbines and carbineer in general, but they get a ranged knockdown, which I got last night, dueling my bounty hunter friends which I have not had much luck against in duels are now easily dispatched. One knockdown shot and I'm bursting at them with my sword out and by the time they think about getting up they know what Cho Sun means real quick. This is gonna be great, not to mention I can whip out 3 gurreks at will (at least until patch). I thinka ranged knockdown with Fencer could be one of the best combos in the game, so give it a try.
