Thread: Question on bleed damage
Ok, I saw somewhere that bleed damage done from a special (like HealthHit) is dependent on the damage reported in the combat window. Am I right in assuming that this is the amount that gets done for each tick? So if I use Shiim for 180 points, the enemy will lose 180 health each time the little bleed icons pop over his head.
Also, how does armor factor into that? If I'm fighting something with light armor, would I be better off doing a bleed with a gaffi, or with a vibroblade? The gaffi does about 1.5 times more raw damage, but the blade doesn't get the 50% damage reduction from the armor.
Thanks for your help, I couldn't find anything relating specifically to bleeds in the faq or in my searching.

Correct.
HealthHit doesn't take Armor into account. (IE: No reduction.) ![]()
