I'm no where near qualified to speak on best stat configuration, but knowing your race might help. As far as the fencer/pistoleer, I think one of the reasons so many people use it is because they both use Dodge, and it stacks from both professions. Ralph has a great post on it, but I don't have the link handy.

what's your race? how often do you use specials? do you use stims? do you wear armor? what weapons will you be using mostly? what types of creatures will you be fighting? will you be using spice and food buffs?

Fencer/Pistoleer combo is the newest fad...I hate it personally-but it's most known for it's dodge modifiers.

Will it make you a PvP God...that's what the word is. I think that Fencer/Pistoleer's dodge modifiers will be split.

Hence those that wasted time/skill points will be very upset...but that's just my opinion

I'm interested in the best stat configuration for a fencer, when I followed the link on the FAQ it just took me back to the forum front page. So I would like to know if anyone could tell me what the perfect stat configuration would be for my character, Babro - Novice Entertainer, aiming for Droid Engineer and Master Fencer of course.

Also I'd like to ask whats with the Fencer/Pistoleer comb, whats its pirpose and does it work well.
