I bumped into a "fencer" last night in Tatooine. He didn't even know what proffesion he was using, he was only doing what his guildmates told him to do in order to be an uber pistoleer.

I for one hope the devs remove the dodge stack.

Am I the only one feeling this way?

I sort of miss being gimped, too. It's funny, really. My first character was a dancer, but I stopped playing her because of all the grief I got from patrons. I'm an over-30 wife and mother, and I don't need to be getting hit with sexual slurs from twelve-year-olds.

I thought, "Okay, I'll try raising animals. That sounds fun." Well, wouldn't you know it? Apparently everybody hates creature handlers.

"Alright," I say, "fencing sounds fun. I took fencing in college and I enjoyed it, although I wasn't particularly good at it. At least it's graceful and elegant."

And now I'm getting grief for being a flavor of the month, although I don't actually have any pistol skills and I've been doing it for several months now. Maybe it's time to go back to dancing until they nerf fencers. I tried playing my creature handler the other day, but it seems people still hate those despite all the nerfs they've been hit with. Maybe if I equip my dancer with a sword, people will stop pinching her ***.

The irony is that while most people are complaining about how they're being nerfed, I'm constantly wishing I were so lucky. Ah well, such is life.

My gluteous maximus has been replaced with bionic implants. A smuggler sliced them for 29% effectiveness but I will have to replace them sooner.

I pitied entertainers early on in SWG's lifespan because they never got tipped or paid attention too. Now I pity them because they are plagued by AFKers.

Hi,

I am both a master dancer and a blademaster. I always liked being a dancer. It is very good socializing profession. Tip didn't flow very well. So I picked up fencer to pay for my wicked outfit collection. Now I do both. (but I dance in exotic places like Dantooine and Dathomir. For some reason, I get more interesting conversations where there are less people.)

I didn't get harrassed very much. Some customers triedharrass me but I simply asked to not to do so and I ignored the rest of his conversation. Usually there were another decent man whom I can talk to. I think a lot of dancers take it too seriously, they should lighten up and laugh at it. You will feel silly later. This skill is a must when you are as P.H.A.T. like me.
