FAQ: Which Weaponsmith should I buy Fencer weapons from?

To get the most up to date answer to this question you might considerasking this question on the appropriate galaxy's forum.

Look for a Master Weaponsmith to get the best results. Some Weaponsmith's even specialize in melee weapons. Sometimesthis means the Weaponsmith is more "in tune" with what the various melee professions want from their weapons... and sometimes it does not. The best advice I can give would be to look at what each has on their vendors and compare.

If the Weaponsmith does not have what you are looking for on their vendor, they will sometimes be willing to do custom work for you. You would need to work this out with the individual Weaponsmith, as they all have their own policies for such tasks. Remember that professionalism, courtesy, advance notice... and some generosity... are the keys to getting what you want.

I am familiar with many of the Weaponsmiths currently considered to be at the top of their game where Fencer weaponry is concerned, but since players can suddenly drop out of sight without notice I'm hesitant to drop any names here.

Instead, I'll leave it to the Fencer Community to suggest and keep on top of the "go-to" list for Fencer weapons.

• Comments: Great stuff both presliced and unsliced, GREAT prices, but focuses on ranged so melee isn't as frequently stocked, but when it is, there are a lot. As far as fencer weapons go, she has mastered the arts of stun baton creation, they areastoundingfor both speed and damage slices.

• Comments: Great stuff both presliced and unsliced, charges a lot for any slice over 30% but is still worth it in my mind (I have one of, if not the best vb on the server 58-193 14/25/14), nearly exclusive to melee weapons so always stocked with goodies...provided she can find a good master smuggler.

There are seperate vendors for fencers, swordsmen, polearms & knucklers, sliced weapons, and BE'd clothing with melee bonuses, melee powerup crates, and melee skill tapes.

Most fencing weapons have 3 product lines to choose from: Max damage/speed, Ultralight (low HAM), and Precision (+ to hit).
