Yuh I got it tonight, you do all the missions up to the ones from Jabba and you get one where he asks you to retrieve the Rantok Sword from a Valarian Warehouse for him. I went and got the sword and made off with it and never took it back to him I dont' know if he lets you keep it or not but I'm not going to try it.

The stats are very bad, 45-150 damage and 3.3 speed, no armor piercing, but it does look very nice
