Here is what I have so far:

Master Medic

Brawler 4-4-0-0 (unarmed and sword)

Master Fencer

TKA 4-0-0-0

Marksman 0-4-0-0

Pistoleer 1-0-0-0

This leaves me with 7 points left over, not sure what to do with it. I want to do PvE but I also want to do well in PvP, what do you guys think?

if i were you, i would lose the marksman and pistoleer then use the points you get to master brawler, master brawler will be more useful than that one skill in pistoleer for pvp and pve alike

I personally wouldn't waste all those points in Master Medic (I get by with Just Medic 2.0.0.0) unless you were going to go Doc or CM. If you spent the extra 6 points to take Novice Doctor you could then heal state effects. So that might make the sps worth it.

I'd actually be more inclined to drop much of the Medic line and do some more stacking of defenses. Like Pistoleer Techniques line for some of the best state defenses in the game (including 50KD defense) not to mention Range Mit 2or the Precision striking line for TK that will bump up your Melee and Range Defenses.

Or, drop some of the stacking and start into the Doctor line properly.

The Fencer profession is currently at a disadvantage in PvE to the other Melee. Although we don't get hit as much our damage output is the lowest, our only AP (Light)weapon is just aboutthe worst one we could choose and Most High End NPC/Mobs have greater resistance to our alternate damage type (Stun) than they do to Kinetic.Saying this, for general missions likeRancors and below, you will have no problem...It's just when you start meeting things with 100k Ham bars that life gets awkward...Oh, and Spider Clan Web Dancers should be avoided too...

On the plus side we are about as good as you can get in PvP without being a CM.

I think CMs and DOTs will own you.

Honestly I think it's a great template for most kinds of fighting--good in large combat, in duels, buffed, unbuffed, armored and unarmored. I used to be basically that template, although I found Master Brawler to be more useful than anything above Novice in the Medic tree.

I picked up some Doc because of CMs and DOTs, but I miss my stacked defenses.
