Ok guys been working on this template for a month just finished(damn rifles) but this is really good for PvE and also good in PvP. Master Rifleman/Master Fencer, Now with this template you get the best and most high damaging ranged moves and you also get great melee moves. More importantly it is great for PvE cause you can tank while doing uber damage with your rifle. Great for acklay-krayts-elders and other powerful things in-game great template to make some money too. Was thinking if you could sneak Master Brawler in there not sure if enough Skill Points though......

If you go master brawler, master rifleman, master fencer you have 18 skill points left over. That's two points away from being able to go 4000 tka! Argh! Oh well, you can try tka 0300 or something. But to answer your question, yes you can sneak in master brawler. Here's a character generator:
