Because the only place that the Stat named One Handed Melee Damage occurs is in those skill tapes.


If there is no base skill for it to add to on the skill screen it does not get calculated.

If only skill tapes were actually WORKING, that one would make a fencer/doc (like myself) very happy.

Nothing, it doesn't work. You could be mean and auction it anyways cuz I'm sure there are people who don't know about it...

JEssa will need to come copy the pikeman warning over to fencer....


ASide from that, yup they dont work, no mod like that in-game.. HallllleeeLuuuulah for the worthless skill-tapes
