i just put a one-handed speed +4 on my bicep armour (armour attachment) and when i press ctrl+s and check the skill mods it says this "One-Handed Speed: 40 (+44)" is this some kind of bug or do i actually have +44 onto speed?

The first number is your speed based on your own skills, the second number is your total speed and includes skill mods from attachments. So it is saying you have a speed of 40, but with attachments it is 44.

I have a +2 one hand damage/+2 rifle speed AA. If I put a +2 one hand damage AA in a slot, will the +2 rifle speed stick? Or, does it have to be GREATER than +2? like, would I need a +3 one hand damage AA for the rifle speed to stick?

and there was much rejoicing...

Yep what they said.

I tested it also and it seems greater then or equal to is the equation used.

No, a +2 will do. I tested this rather extensively myself not too long ago.

Etozae is correct. I too have tested this extensively.

A +2 will work.
