Thread: Profession titles need to be fixed..

I understand it, but I'm sure it causes alot of confusion in others.
The Fencer title is Swordsman
The Swordsman title is Heavy Swordsman
That alone is enough confusion but then you add the fact that there is a Smuggler profession title called "Fence" and you're just asking for problems.
I don't even really know what a Fence is.
Just my thoughts. I think it is a major problem that can be solved with a relatively minor fix.

I agree that it's kind of confusing, but at least we get to be Blademasters
btw, a Fence is someone who is a reciever of stolen goods, or a place where stolen goods are bought.

OOh really? There arent alot of Fencers on Bloodfin so I havent seen that. I did see a Duelist.. probably the one and only Duelist on the galaxy.

Technique Tree title is Bladesman
Finesse Tree is Blade Weaver
But I agree, I am glad we have a unique master title.

if you hover over a skill in the skill page, you can see what title it gives you. This was added sometime in the last month or so, since it was asked for in beta.
BTW, my favorite title is "Stalker", attained with Bounty Hunter Investigation IV =)

Would love to see mixed tree classes.
For example, having a certain level of Fencer and Terrain Negotiation IV opens up Buccanneer, or Fencer and Pistolleer opening up Pirate.
