I was wondering if it helps at all in PvP? yes, no? If not, what do most people prefer.
Right now I'm using a curved sword; 75-159 damage, sliced to 1.7 speed.

stun batons are not very effective in dueling ham costs are to high and as a fencer you are only most effective when you spam specials, for me i always use my gaffi stick to duel, there are pretty good chances of one shotting people if they don't have armor on =P

I would say stun battons work great in pvp because most people use guns and people with guns wear armor(most of the time) so stun damage go strait through armor but if u are about to ingage in fighting with a non armored person switch to a good curved or gaf.

I dunno, I saw a pack of faction morons running around town, and they ALL had composite armor on. I think a stun baton might be a good choice there.

I am 1-4-2-2 on fencer and recently bought a stun baton, sliced, at 110-180 2.2 speed. I have lots of fun with this baton but u have to use it only when needed, is not good all the time to use. Against people in armor, mobs, or creature lair gang bangs the baton works great, When its a structure or a person without armor i switch to my 1hand ryyk 100-220 2.3 speed
