hmm seems unlikey as these items are used in the to get the Lithanium carbine / rifle etc. Worth a go though... btw these are untradeable items (well the head anyway)

Another idea I came up with is when Sean is mayor, and you do his quest, there is a rodian outside the capitol, I gave the disk you get from the ancient site to him, and he gave me a cryoban grenade, and also said "dont blame me if you cant use it". My idea is he might give you a different weapon each time, 1 of them, being the junti mace

No he doesn't he just gives out cryoban gernades to everybody
