Do you mean HAM attributes?
Mine are still set at default values for Sullustans. I don't PvP yet so I don't need high mind and most of the MOBs I go for don't attack mind either.

I have the seconderies for Special Use (not sure on their names) of all 3 HAM bars set to max. Recharge and the values of the bars themselves are set to an average range for mon cals (around 700) Exept for mind that is around 900ish.

I think mine are set at.
H 1200
A 1000 ish
M 700 (maybe need to check)
Sullustans have high Mind attributes and so mine tends to recharge quick. If you don't have high mind attributes and want to PvP a little I would balance you HAM out, maybe make you mind higher then HA, and have good seconds for it.
Just my 2 credits.

being a fencer and a master doctor, i set my mind a bit higher than my health which is higher than my action. My secondaries for everything except focus and willpowerare next to min because i can easily buff them up. Mind is always important for now (combat upgrade whenever it comes) because it can't be healed easily and unless you get mind buffs, powerboost, and food those stats never get near a 2200 buff for the first six.
Also when not buffed, using the mind for everyday purposes such as healing, surveying, or the like drains and it takes longer for it to come back up, hence willpower. or focus

It depends upon what you want to do. I'm a CH, so i don't overly want to get buffed everytime I go into the wild. I think you need to decide the direction your character will take, then decide upon attributes. I would say that for most profs high mind is a must, for a CH like me though its not, until i want to PvP.

I'm a zabrak and I have my quickness, stamina(action secondaries), strength, constitution(Health seconadaries), focus, and willpower(mind secondaries), as well as my Mind, all maxed out. Which leaves me with 150 points for me, so I put 75 into both Health and Action.

oh right...when getting buffed, quickness and strength won't be needed over 2200, where attacking costs
nothing in action or health. Stamina and Constitution will always be nice if it's really high after buffed, so i
take that into consideration.
Quickness+Strength=Low
Action+Health=Near low, but not min
Stam+Constitution=Near low, giving enough to the mind
Mind=High
Focus-Medium (ahrisa/musician gives it enough)
Willpower=High (musician's only good buff so i raise it to recover faster since u cant heal mind)

Since I fight unbuffed against lower content NPC's, like Tuskens, I have higher secondaries with my mind maxed out.. I also have Medic just in case.

I'm human
400 Health and Action , 400 to Health and action secondarys and 1000 Mind and 1000 to mind secondarys.
edit: So basicly , i'm forcing myself to buff everytime i want to fight (which is a good thing, because i don't waste my time) and just about 9/10 fighting non jedi, my incap is due to heavy mind dots, and headhits. Fighting jedi is different, because 1hand sabers can't do enough damage to me to actually get me down. It forces jedi to use polearm and that just takes a little longer and only rarely hits mind.
