Sorry I know this has been answered before probasbly 1000 times, but I can't find it anywhere.

Is it 95 like Swordsman or is it higher?

master is 90 speed, master with master brawler is 95, with master brawler you are capped for all weapons 4.0 and faster

90 will cap out a weapon of 3.7, 95 will cap a 6.9 speed weapon.

Ok 1 of the fastest ways IF not the fastest way to grind fencer is to be a rebel and go to the bettel field on corillia with a good buff good comp armor (5 piece suit gloves, boots,chest, pants and legs) with a speed sliced gaffi stick. get at the static ST spawn to the right have side of the base (when your facing the turrets) then just stand there and use spin attack 1 and keep going. once u get master footwork switch to a damage sliced gaffi and do spin 2 don,t forget to loot as it will re-start the spawn. about 3k of XP alone 300 combat 4 St every oh takes me about 7 seconds to kill all 3 so 12k Xp every 20 seconds for u so thats a really good XP per kill and time should take u not that long. and your speed capped with a gaffi at master footwork I have a looted 5,2 speed and for fun I surrendered master fencer (no app now ) and I was still speed capped. so if u have novice fencer with a 2,1 to 2,5 gaffi you,ll be speed capped in that fasion AND fencer rocks cuz at master you don't really need armor cuz u can just COB everything and basically RARELY get hit I only get hit when my macro has a 1 second lag i get hit for like 80 lol.

Umm, shouldn't the weapon speed you can cap at 95 be twice as high as what you cap with 90 speed.

The speedcap with a acklay gaffi, with an attack speed of 4.9s,is one handed weapon speed=94. So 94 or over will cap every possible attack with every possible weapon.
