Thread: Can a Master Fencer solo a Krayt?

Probaly could but would takehrs. The lack of a medium or heavy ap weapon cripples fencer in high end PvE. Junv Krayts won't be too much trouble but canyon and beyond would be more trouble than they are worth. Better to stack swords with fencer or take rifles and fencer to tackle krayts solo.

I solo them in under an hour, but amTKM too, or is it just under two hours....prolly two

If you have decent health dots and go all 1h3 and use a decent gaffi,you can kill them before you fall asleep or they despawn. The damage you take is inconsequential on all but ancients, but the damage you do is also inconsequential without a little love. It's a heck of a lot easier to just get a damage dealer to group with you though and you'll have a better chance at looting rights in the krayt campyard, err graveyard.

I don't think you could without a Rifleman because either you'd get bored after a while and quit or your Weapon would break on you

I solo'ed an GDK once, I won't do it again, it took me 1h and 10 min....

wow! soloing a GDK took you over an hour? then you should get some better weapons lol

Yes ,it just takes some time....took me about 45minutes to kill solo a krayt dragon ancient with tkm---headhit

You seriously must have some DoT's because it would take me around 2 hours to kill a krayt dragon ancient with a 744 damage acklay power hammer.

Do you know how hard it is to do damage through heavy armour, 95% resists, intimidate, and stun?

easily, but time consuming, with a good acklay gaffi use pikkata pies and a CoB macro and just have fun

I find that hard to believe, last night 3 of us couldnt even take 100k ham off of an ancient (it was 485k in total )two of us were master tk master fencer, and the other was master sword master CH and we didnt even make a dent in it. Normal krayts not a problem, ancients = BIG problem :/
Yes we were using dots, but with 95% resists across the board (cold resist 65%) it would take more than 3 melee fighters, no way could 2take one out in 45 mins.
