Thread: Where does a 0-0-0-0 Fencer Hunt?
I've been doing the 1600-1800 Cu Pa/Giant Worrt missions, I tried fort tusken, not able to do it quite yet
any suggestions?
but i suggest mountain worts.
low kinetic resists they do not aggro or group on you. and give around 2.5k per kill
if you can get yourself a ubese chest and legs ( all you will need ) it will help alot and just berserk intimidate and use what ever skills you have to take them down.
also
Faction missions are good xp for a new fencer. Find a spot to go overt that is safe, group one - two NPC's and get missions. Use Dizzy Lunge combo to make this a breeze. Get a good set of bone armor for this though.
im killing grassland voritor trackers without a pet
just some food and master brawler :d

At Novice Fencer, those are OK missions, particularly the worrts. I levelled through Novice on scyk missions, but that was before they started poisoning you. Downtime from poison ruins the benefit of the higher XP per kill.
Faster levelling is possible, if you have a few creds. Get yourself a set of buffs and take huurton missions on Dantooine (the regular ones, not howlers or matrons just yet). Most important for you to get buffed are Constitution and Willpower, then Health with Stamina a distant fourth. The Willpower might be harder to get as it requires a high-level Musician. Make sure you pull the critters one at a time, though they don't DB (regulars ONLY) so you can play it a little risky. You should be able to take enough missions in creds to pay for the buffs and Dantooine travel ticket - especially if you manage to find the Willpower buff. The key here is minimizing your downtime. With the buffs you might be able to take on slightly harder missions, but you'll be spending your time regenerating rather than XPing.
As for weapon, curved sword is your friend at Novice. With a speed slice, curved sword is the highest DPS weapon in the game (including Swordsman and Pikeman weapons). You'll hit the speed cap at Footwork 2, though and gaffi will pass it up.

I hunt in Dantooine and take out piket missions and destroying the pikets and the lair give me about 5k xp also stopping to kill Hurrtons. And i am not a novice fencer yet. Just a 4/4/3/4 CH with 2 At-st's to back me up. I would fight at Fort Tusken but finding a friggin Doctor to buff lately has been rediculous.

I've been keeping it simple, but making a ton of XP by wandering Naboo south of Theed. I've been looking for Shaupaut Hunters (careful, they are social and DB) which give great XP and Ikopi Stags which give well over 2K XP per kill. They have high kinetic resists, so they take a while to drop. In between, I take all the Kaadu I can find... the males give about 900 XP per and only take a few seconds. The occassional Rogue Falumpaset gives a nice bit of XP too. Fambaa are also nice if you are around Kaadara or Moenia. If you have a pet, the Planes Hunters give nice XP, but they will kill you fast if you don't have a nice pet.
I'm sure there are places I could get a lot more XP, but I'm not as likely to get cross-aggro'd here, and I'm able to shed my BF easily in the cantina. I'm just not ready to take on Roa Kwi or Kimogillas... not sure I ever will be either. This is a fun profession.
I went there as a 0/0/0/0 Fencer the other day, and I got about 120k xp in just under 2 hours.
Considering at one point I was able to hold off 4 tusken raiders at once (they've got something like 9k ham each) - pretty amazing stuff.
Even more amazing is that I took down a chief, or at least, the one that has the 15k ham - it did take some careful use of CoB but it's good for about 3k xp per kill on the tougher guys, about 2k per kill on the raiders.
The only thing you need to watch is when a group came by and cleared a room full, that you're not in that room when it repops, otherwise you've got problems. Also evacuate to the surface or well outside the fort when your muon drops, because otherwise you'll be looking at the cloning center.
Wait, how are you soloing grassland voritor trackers? They have mid armor and something like 60% to kinetic and stun. I do almost no damage to them?
