how exactly does it work? is it worth it at novice fencer, neutron pixie and fishak surpise and 73% kinetic and no pets?

it's not much use until near master, because it has a high mind cost, and doesn't last very long. once you get to where you can consistently be missed for 30 seconds or more, it's definitely worth it. maybe after you master footwork, go ahead and start using it.
