Can anyone explain to me why fencer need two skills to blind multi-targets..If i miss something , please explain to me.Thank u.

i think the FAQ has this info.
without checking, i think spin2 does damage with a small chance of blinding. blind2 does less damage, but has a greater chance of blinding.
so depending on what's important, i use either/or.
