Yup dizzy KD was changed call it what you will nerf fix i really dont care, but before you cry a river about it look at this

/attack ( at 20m ) : Will start the combat
/warcry1 : delay 10 seconds
/lunge1 : posture change down one step
/onehandhit2 : Time this right if you attack every second hit this 6 times
/dizzy : hit the dizzy right before the warcry expires and they will dizzy KD themselves and that will last about 6-10 secods of them standing up and falling over ( looks stupid )

after dizzy KD kicks in

/bleed 1
/bleed 2
/onehandhit2 : 2 times

now if you are a good fencer and relay on timeing and tactics you can repeat this over and over, cause after the warcry and the dizzy KD times out you can start your warcry all over again.

so you can still solo a red con NPC, just not 6 of them

From what I've seen of dizzy/kd you're wasting your time with even using the dizzy unless you are doing it simply to keep them from kiting you.

All the npcs I dizzy+kd even when they "failed to get up" shot me or hit me just like they werent kd at all. The attacks kept coming right on queue. Except to hold them still this makes dizzy 100% useless.

Fury,

Are you saying /onehandhit2 6x after /lunge1? Then 6 secs after posture down attempt your dizzy? Why wait so long to apply the dizzy? Typically I'll do /lunge1 followed by a /dizzy within 3 secs of a sucessful posture change to ensure a dizzy (in case the first doesn't stick). I've found that once you position change them, if they get up it becomes very hard to get another /lunge to work....

Thoughts?

warcry freezes the combat que.

so if they are in kneel position, a warcry will freeze them in that position.

why wait? warcry is 10 I said 6 attacks if you can attack at once persecond then apply the dizzy because they will get up after dizzy has expired.

I have yet to be attacked by dizzy KD opponent so i have no idea there.

this sounds like it might be a good strategy for pvp as well, except that warcry doesnt seem to be that easy to apply, possibly in pvp: lunge 1, warcry 1/2, beast out the one hand hits as best you can, dizzy, if they arent already done for

for me though i find dizzy very hard to even apply to particular npcs which is where this falls short, for example: i was fighting a tusken death champion, or torture lord, or whatever, the point is he was pretty **edit** good, took me 8, count 8 times of repeated dizzy 1 just to apply the status, of course then when i go to lunge him he kicks me in the face for 1500 dmg, and bleeds me for a consistent 4000, sheesh

See there is my misunderstanding. I knew warcry would freeze their combat que, but I didn't realize it would stop a posture change.

There is a trick to almost succeed on every posture change and status effect. However I wont share it publically, most people who have been a fencer for at least maybe 2-3 months should know of it. But flocks of people are coming to fencer and I dont want another thing looked at as uber.

PM me if you want to know, if i know you Ill share it. If you have flamed me or act like a dweeb on the boards I will not

For those of you who can't get warcry to stick, I suggest getting warcry enhanced BE clothes

I agree on the Warcry enhancements helping it stick. I am making up a large batch of intimidate/warcry tissues, at least 100 units. On Flurry, e-mail me or check out my shop in the Dawn tent in Twilight. or I can point you to a good tailor.

Not a plug... honest.
