can anyone tell me which move in fencer knocks down...or even does a posture change.
also i dont have an intimidation move yet either....maybe cause im 0-0-3-2??
(does intimidation come with novice brawler?)

If you want a one hand knockdown move, you will have to get master brawler for lunge 2, it knocks down the target instead of just posture change, and intimidate comes with novice brawler.

Intimidation is a brawler skill, the posture change comes with Lunge I, also in the brawler line.

Lunge2, Warcry2 and Intimidation2 are all very nice specials to have in your repertoire. If you have the skillpoints for it, get Master Brawler. One other thing. You've probably noticed that Dizzy isn't very effective against fourlegged MOBs. If you KD a fourlegged MOB you must use Warcry to keep them down. Lunge2 + Warcry2 is a combo I love to use. If you land both of them successfully the MOB will stay down for 20 sec and you can hit it with bleeds,debuffs and even get in a few nasty hits before it gets up again.Or simply hammer away if you think you can kill it before Warcry2 wears off.
