But Im liking it to **edit** much! the best proffesion I've tried so far!! I want to try get some DOT weapons though. *fingers crossed*

hehe, same thing's happening to me (got fencer for holo, but am having sooo much fun with it) i'm gonn have a hard time dropping these skills 
compared to carbineer, this is a refreshing change

totally understand. i went thru BH, smuggler, CH, pistoleer and now im doc/fencer and having more fun then with any of the others. I think if i was any of the others i might not have survived the attack i had the other night. I aggroed 3 enraged rancors, 3 rancors and two young rancors all at the same time and lived thru it with out having to run away.

I agree, it's very fun. I started a Bothan on another server (since my main's a Wookiee and you'd have to be nuts to try brawling) and went fencer, and at One-Handed1 I'm already beating the crap out of everything.

Fencer is a nice suprise. It's very top heavy. When I started out, I thought it sucked royally. Then when I got 1/4/2/4 and soloing Rancors and nightsisters, things change. Drastically! Fencer is truely suited for a solo player who loves combat.
It doesn't hurt that I'm a a master pistoleer as well, and a smuggler 0/0/4/0.

/agree ....... Fencer is a great profession.......i went from master commando to fencer what i nice change to be able to kick some but......without all the lag :-D

I got it for a Holo too, and I was really glad! Besides having to change from Ranged to Melee, it's a bit like Pistoleer (very fast, not the most damage but still good). Best Holo-prof ever!

Ok I got it for a holo and just got to novice fencer. I missmy llc but I dpn't miss the huge HAM costs assoceated with it. Where do you reccomend I start. I*'m still an MCH and I won't let that one go. Unfortunately I'm not really having that much fun burt I think it may be because I have no idea what I am doing as of yet. What should i do to maximize my fun. As of now I'm feeling really really weak.

master fencer
Brawler- 2-2-0-0
Medic- 4-4-3-0
im doing most of them just for the defences

I think you meant Brawler 4/4/0/0, right? =)
As for me, I think I'm either going to master Fencer/Doctor, or do Master fencer, Master Pistoleer, TKA 4/1/0/0, Smuggler 0/0/3/0.
Before the holo givaway, I was an unarmed/scout/marksman (pistols), dabbling in medic. First holo said to master scout, of which I was about 400xp away from. Second holo said TKA, but by then I was at 4/0/0/0 and so tired of doing unarmed, I said screw it & decided to fence. I won't lie, it was this forum and Raphayl that pointed me in that direction. Right now I'm Brawler 4/4/0/0, Scout 4/0/3/4 (don't want to drop it all yet), Pistoleer 0/0/1/0, Marksman 0/4/2/4, medic 3/2/2/3 and halfway to novice fencer after 2 days.

Almost forgot.... I'm also 2/3/3/3 Squad Leader too. How could I forget such a great profession?

well same thing happened to me... not the holo tho... dropped pistoleer for tk and am lovin it so far.
im gunna try out pikeman and fencer next.
lets just say this: melee is a LOT more fun than ranged!
