I was wondering what dodge is like at +185. I was thinking commando xx4x/ master fencer/ 4040 pistoler

If you're looking for high end PVE, I'm assuming your primary offense will be the flamethrower, no? If that is the case, Neither your pistoleer nor fencer dodge will matter whatsoever. It might be advisable to instead Master Teras Kasai and Commando. In high end PVE, that last tier of ranged mitigation will help. And if you end up in a dire situation where you need to take damage, TKA Toughness will be the best at reducing damage, this is because High End stuff has such an insane amount of accuracy, that pretty much only Mitigation and Toughness will prevent any damage.

Here is my template.

Master Rifleman (Speed capped)
Master Fencer
Pistoleer 0040
Medic 0040

Adv. High defense, a very damaging mind attack, high powered heals, and my +9 dodge gloves

Dis. No DoT cures

I see this as more of a Support template, I normally PvP with my friends who are a carbineer/doc and a pikeman, what I do is I run around with a baton dodging alot of the fire, and once I see someone kd/dizzy, switch to jawa and do what I do best

Anyone tried this vs Knights?? I don't care about small game, I'm after 200k+ bounties.

I'm currently a TKM/4040 BH, novice medic, but it just ain't doing the job. I can put a scare in em, but that's about it unless I get lucky.

No TK no Medic (i think heals are a waste if you're a true pvp template and you have a doc/cm in your group, which i should usually have) and in duels with dodge capped and melee def of like 121 ill do alright..


Thing is, I am playing to own and to lord over people. we'll see how that goes... lol. And I'm playing with an eye on the CURB. I'm investing in carb speed tapes andfo shothe fs ranged speed tree when i get around to it. the other reason i like this template is that it isnt fotm.

the best fencer pvp template is still Master Fencer, Master Brawler, Doctor 4030, as long as you have a good gaffi and stun, you should be able to stay alive forever. State heals > state defense. However, I as far as melee/ranged goes, rifle/fencer/pistoleer with at least 0040 medic is by far the best template you can pick. Rememeber that dodge caps at 125, and mastering pistoleer with fencer is kind of pointless. Rifleman is still the best non jedi pvp class, and fencer is right up there.

I'd really like some critique on this template. It isn't terribly common since pistols use much less points and still give decent stats. I'm just not a fan of using pistols in this game.


I am currently a Master Commando and was Master Smuggler until I started selling some back to work on Fencer. I'm really looking for a high-end PvE template that includes Commando (because fire is good). The key here is that all of my specials including my 7 stackable DoTs (4 commando, 2 fencer, 1 pistol) target the health pool. Bad for PvP but fine for PvE. Besides, when you hit a 100% resist nightsister, its the DoTs that do the damage. I used toset them on fireand feign death but that got kinda boring. I'd rather light em up and smack em down!
