Yes...

Technically, if multi-BH's have your mission. The others get the "Mission Falied" notice and Mission removed when a BH DB's you. If one Triple-Incapps you. The mission stays active for all.

This is considered a"Grief" though and SHOULD be reported if it happens to you.
