Well submitted a ticket and left my Unused "prestine" unsliced stun baton in my house for them to come get it and replace. LOL they came and took it...but no replacment!!!

ok this is the most bs thing ever u devs suck i had a 301 stun baton and havnt logge don in days and well when i log the fu*ck on i dont have my damn stick i paid millions for it and i would liek it back or some credits. omg thats so lame that yall put them in th game and taking them away from ppl and nmot evan giving them money i no yall told them to tell you but wut if they havnt gotin in game in a week huh didtn think that did you

I just wonder where people that dont read the fourms gets this kind of info?

I hardly ever read here since its just flaming and telling how crap that specific profession etc. is.

Shouldn't there be some kind of notice at the logon screen or maybe an email going out to all chars that are fencers?

If I now logon and find out that my weapon has been removed after my 2 week holidays without a notice and some form of reimbursment they sure have one paying player less.

Fury cant you ask for the internal company policy by one guy in charge and not smallpresumptions made by various CSR's?

Im sure that theymust have some communication within their company where things like this get discussed and decided for.

As it seems now it's just like a big lottery!!

Soo umm...what happens to the people that don't know about this policy??? I think its pretty F.ed up for SOE will just to "steal" a weapon without making it totally public to ALL users of the game. They can't just assume that people use the forum. They really need to put this on the Loadup screen so that ALL players can know what to do...not just the ones that troll forums.

Just my 2cents.

seriously guys if you have a bugged weapon tell a csr immediatly, cause mine was taken and im still arguing with csrs over it. frankly its disgusting theres no information on what to do , i mean how the hell do you find a csr , and why dint they make this more clear and at least say replacements would be given . im so annoyed the devs never communicate to the community impoortant issues with any clarity a simple sticky in game fguides forum or how a mail in game not some lame vauge thread with conflicting reports . so i repart if you have them some whiny gamer is gonna report you, funny thing was all my uber stun batons were legit which is why i was reported but they found a 300/400 gaffi which i use to pwn unarmoured nubs with, and ive only used bout 10 times.
