280-290 stun baton
some other 205-480's and some lower ones with closer min to max

Wow radiant came over to our server and always pvp'd in a gank squad.... plus they never once killed me. I dueled many of them and beat them all even with their dots and no I didnt have mine at that point.

ok radient riflman/cm templates.
my stun baton is around 200-260dmg but i dont use it in pvp much with my tkm/master fencer/master brawler/medic 1000/ pikeman 2004

1: Ranged - 390 max dmg 
2: Melee - 305-306 dmg with min dmg PU

i say nerf Wopi, him and his like 8k PvP rating, first off do u even play ne more man, but when u did what was the highest u ever got ur rating up to? (srry to go off topic)
