Sorry about my double post, but to confirm with the post above my post, the action does run out quite fast in PVP as well as PVE... It can't be helped I suppose.. but it would be nice if they somehow gave melee professions a quicker regen rate?

I've found just having a little medic goes along way since Pub 19. With just Medic 0-2-2-0,I was getting heals around 600 with bacta shot, and heals over 900 with bacta toss, which is an area heal. For the toss I was using a goodenhancer, can't recall the stats. I haven't tried it with citross, the healing efficieny food, but I did have a +19 healing eff jacket.
Something to consider if you're working on FS, or you've got some other template that doesn't allow enough points for doc. Timing toss, shot, and stims, in many situations, is not a bad substitute for a healing line in an elite medical profession.
I had to untrain down to Medic 0-2-0-0, but I haven't fought since then, so I'll see how that works out.

I'm looking at the combat prowess tree in FS. Which should I put my last skill point in, general melee speed or general melee accuracy?

For the master Fencer, TKA 0400, doc 4004, and swordsman 0034... what about dropping TKA down to 0100 and dumping the rest into swordsman?

I believe you'd lose levels. Group PvP that doesn't really matter but I like being cl80 for the extra defences and I'm on my own alot of the time. You just hit cl80 with this combination.

Melee Speed is a lot more useful then accuracy.. you can get 70+ accuracy just by eating food, 3 points won't make a difference.
IMO not strictly true. Aginst Master Defenders and TKA 0100 running cob then Accuracy is better than speed. With the Speed buffs and master fencer you don't really have to woory about speed and if you really really want you can get one-handed weapon speed tapes dirt cheap if you look through the bazaar.
Accuracy does two things. There's a role to see if you hit someone based on Your accuacry their defence. If you're accuracy is higher than there defence you'll hit them more often. If your accuracy is less than their defence you will miss them more.
It's also ties in with the amount of damage you do to your target. You'll notice when attack a target you're hits are basicly hitting for the same amount for that one peson. That's becuase the higher your accuracy compared to their defence the higher up the damage range of you're weapon you use. If you have low accuracy you're better off with a high min damage weapon. If you're accuracy is high you're better off with a high max damage weapon.

I took tka to 0100 I went 2100 for powerboost. An extra 600 health never hurts.

Not sure about level, you might or might not loose one, but you would have to do with the basic leg sweep wich isn't very reliable..
If anyone's interested, the temp I mentioned in my first post in here is level 79 (MFencer, 4004 Doc, 0044 Swords, 0200 TKA, C. Prowess 0004)

I can honestly say some of these templates are great PVP. But for PVE I went the simple very very simple path.
Master Medic, Master Doctor, Master Fencer.
With such massive heals, excellent buffs and wearing good padded battle armor I'm far better equiped to help a party in the wilds. Especially when people die. The template is simple, and doesnt have the best PVP quality. From my few PVP experiences I can say the template is more one that can hold out for a very very long time. I dont ever use food in my buffing, and regardless of that the battles are always a matter of who's regeneration can keep up, that being said if I had used food I'd have likely won more battles faster. The only templates that give me problems are Polearm. With their dizzy, confuse, intimidate then armor break all in a row I'm reduced to doing practically no damage and no regeneration.

yes you could probably very easily wear them down with the right tactics. Boby hit and scatter hit or combo are probably your damage hits. You don't have to worry about armour only armour break. Anyone without armour break slices on their armour has to worry about this though. As long as you can heal up damage done to you and force them to use up their mind/force quicker than your mind then you'll win.
