when i get kd/dizzy'ed i just hold the up arrow key till i stop getting the msg saying that you tryed to stand up but fell down again, er what ever it says, then i hit the stand up key.

as a commando i got up from being kd/dizzy 4 times by a tkm before he finally got me, and i almost got him hehe. he was cool about it afterwards and we just talked about how funny it was that he couldnt keep me down lol.
