Bleed is a WASTE!!!
I can use a high hitting special (have several) instead of doing mininmal damage. It take a minute to get 100% of weapons damage. I can do more damage with a normal crit by the time it takes the mob to die and the bleed to tick. It just doesnt take 60 seconds to kill a mob while grouped, heck even solo.
Its a wasted attack and bad use of action.
