Just go through Launchpad, though you're looking for TC-5, as opposed to Test Center.


But Smugglers (like every other elite profession) isn't available yet.

After you launch, and the patch scan is done, click on the test center button down at the bottom of launchpad.


Once you click that, it's just like every other time you'd log in. The CU is on TC-5, so create a new character there. There is a cap on the people, so you might not get in.
